Caribbean Suites is a high-end, sustainable hospitality project located in the Caribbean region of Colombia, conceived as an architectural response to the region's contemporary challenges: climate change, tourism pressure, and the need for responsible development that preserves local identity. The project proposes a new accommodation model that integrates architecture, landscape, and sustainability into a cohesive and high-value experience.

Inspired by the lotus flower, a symbol of resilience and natural balance, Caribbean Suites is developed as a complex of glamping over the sea and high-standard suites, where the architecture adapts to the tropical environment without imposing itself. The design prioritizes passive solutions, the use of local materials, and lightweight construction systems that reduce environmental impact and efficiently optimize climate comfort.

The 28m² residential units, designed for exclusive, low-density stays, offer carefully sized spaces that integrate green roofs, Caribbean bamboo, breathable building envelopes, and cross ventilation, minimizing energy demand and improving thermal performance. Each space is conceived as an extension of the landscape, allowing for a direct connection between the user, the sea, and the tropical climate.

More than a tourism project, Caribbean Suites is envisioned as an experiential infrastructure, where luxury is understood as tranquility, connection with nature, and conscious design. This proposal demonstrates that high-end tourism can be sustainable, culturally respectful, and economically viable, positioning ELITE 24 STUDIO as a studio capable of developing strategic architecture that is sensitive to context and aligned with international standards of contemporary hospitality.
