NOVA GREEN 27
Sustainable Residential and Hotel Building | Medellín, Colombia
NOVA GREEN 27 is conceived as a new urban landmark and a symbol of the future of housing in Medellín. Standing 27 stories tall, the project emerges in the Energy Living sector as a contemporary, imposing, and visionary architectural piece, destined to redefine the city's skyline and establish itself as one of Medellín's most iconic buildings. Its architecture proposes a new way of inhabiting the city, integrating residential apartments and hotel suites within a single vertical ecosystem, where luxury, efficiency, and sustainability converge. NOVA GREEN 27 not only responds to the dynamics of the high-end hotel and residential sector but also reconfigures the visual and urban perception of the surrounding area, becoming an immediate benchmark of modernity and international appeal.
The building is distinguished by its elegant and commanding volume, marked by large, double-height windows that maximize views of the city and allow for a generous influx of natural light. These elements reach their peak in the panoramic pool area, conceived as a space of high architectural and experiential value, where the urban landscape is directly integrated into the daily lives of residents and guests. The common areas are developed as a natural extension of the private units, offering spaces designed for well-being, socializing, and relaxation, under a concept of luxury vertical living. Every design decision responds to a clear vision: to create a building that is not only inhabited but also experienced as a contemporary lifestyle, aligned with the new urban dynamics of Medellín.
From its inception, NOVA GREEN 27 has been designed according to the highest standards of sustainable architecture, incorporating strategies for energy efficiency, environmental comfort, and reduced environmental impact. The project aims for LEED and EDGE certifications, reinforcing its commitment to responsible, efficient, and future-proof architecture.
NOVA GREEN 27 is more than just a building. It's a statement of the future, a symbol of how architecture can elevate the residential and hotel experience in a historic city that is now looking resolutely forward. In Medellín, the future has already begun.
