From Structural Skeleton to Contemporary Luxury
This project transforms a house in shell condition into a sophisticated, functional, and timeless space, where the kitchen and living room are integrated under a coherent and high-level architectural language.
The kitchen is redefined with plastered walls in neutral tones, a concrete slab ceiling with technical lighting on black tracks, and large-format porcelain flooring in cement tones, which unifies the space and amplifies the perception of spaciousness. The cabinetry reflects a clean look aesthetic, combining light natural wood in the lower cabinets and central island with graphite gray upper cabinets, reinforced by a handleless system that streamlines the visual flow.
The multifunctional central island organizes the circulation and becomes the social heart of the home, complemented by matte gray quartz countertops, integrated appliances, and a countertop with horizontally built-in ovens that optimize the vertical use of space. The window framed in black profiles incorporates natural light as a key architectural element.
The intervention extends to the reading and relaxation hall, transforming it into a modern space with classical inspiration, where white tones predominate, along with friezes and moldings in a classic style reinterpreted with a contemporary touch. This contrast lends elegance, balance, and character, creating a harmonious transition between classic and modern. A project that demonstrates how interior design can elevate everyday life, integrating functionality, aesthetics, and comfort into a single spatial language.
