MONDRIAN 1703 · COLINA
Warm minimalism, precise lighting, and integrated interior architecture.
MONDRIAN 1703 is a transformative project where the original structure remains intact, but the living experience is completely redefined. The intervention abandons visual fragmentation and decorative excesses to give way to a language of contemporary luxury, formal purity, and material coherence.
The central strategy is based on three pillars: custom-made architectural furniture, layered lighting, and unified surfaces.
In the master suite, the design incorporates a large, perimeter headboard in dark wood with an upholstered panel and indirect LED backlighting, visually expanding the space and creating an enveloping atmosphere. Floating tables in natural stone eliminate visual clutter and elevate the bedroom to boutique hotel standards.
The formal dining room evolves toward a modern aesthetic with a light stone-topped table, curved designer chairs with metallic accents, and an architectural wall with wood paneling and gold details that add depth, rhythm, and spatial hierarchy.
In the panoramic living room, the intervention enhances natural light and views through clean-lined furniture, transparent tables, and a textured main wall with illuminated niches that structure the composition and anchor the existing artwork.
The unified flooring, optimized integrated storage, and a sophisticated neutral palette (warm grays, natural woods, and controlled accents) create a coherent, serene, and timeless environment.
MONDRIAN 1703 not only modernizes an apartment: it redefines its scale, its light, and its identity.
